Mr. Schumer attended the University of Louisville for Business Management and has over 35 years of experience in scattered lot home building. Mr. Schumer has served and currently serves as Program Manager for CDBG and other federally-funded contracts totaling over $550M. He has previous experience overseeing construction of scattered lot homes at a rate of 1,250 homes per year totaling in excess of $200M in value.
Donald Gerratt

Mr. Gerratt has more than 15 years of experience monitoring construction activities including quality control, customer satisfaction, individual home budgets and construction schedules. Mr. Gerratt attended Brigham Young University for Construction Management. Mr. Gerratt has managed and is currently managing CDBG and other federally funded contracts totaling more than $550M.
Steve Mataro

With more than 26 years of experience in remodeling and new construction which includes all phases of construction. Mr. Mataro served as Project Manager under a $8.7M CDBG Rehabilitation Contract. He is also instrumental in DSW Homes’ public image. From charity events to local government, he strives to represent DSW Homes’ desire to improve the communities where we work.

Mr. Yarbrough attended The University of Texas at Austin receiving a BS in administration and a MS in Professional Accounting. Mr. Yarbrough has over 5 years of experience in finance and close to 15 years of business experience.
Paul Judson

Attended Brigham Young University for Construction Management. Mr. Judson has 10 years of experience in scattered lot residential construction. He oversaw production and performed cost control for over 225 different projects.
Curtis Clayton

Mr. Clayton has over 15 years construction experience. He has extensive experience in all aspects of residential construction. Mr. Clayton attended Brigham Young University for Construction Management. He’s assisted in streamlining company rehabilitation standards and procedures and in creating and implementing the DSW Homes Safety Program. Mr. Clayton has also supervised project totaling more than $200M in CDBG Rehabilitation Contracts.
Maggie Toler
Maggie TolerCorporate Controller
Ms. Toler has over 15 years of experience in all construction accounting facets. She holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Her vast construction and accounting knowledge ranges from hotel and condo new construction and rehabs to single family and $50M multifamily projects. Her expertise is helping DSW Homes’ corporate office proficiently manage new business activities.
