Our Management Team

Ashley Dunne has been the DSW Central Florida Program Manager since the commencement of the Rebuild Florida Program led by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) CDBG-DR in 2021. In her role, she efficiently manages several programs, overseeing project managers, project coordinators, and project timelines from start to finish. Her current responsibilities include the oversight of projects in Volusia County, specifically the ARPA Rehabilitation Housing Program and ARPA Rehabilitation, Demolition, and Reconstruction Housing Program. Additionally, Ashley leads other Florida programs, including the Rebuild Florida Program of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) CDBG-DR, Flagler County SHIP Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program, City of Palm Bay SHIP Housing Rehabilitation Projects, and the City of Sanford Homeowner Occupied Home Repairs Program.

Ashley has five years of construction experience in Florida, and is well-equipped to serve as the Volusia County Deputy Project Manager for DSW. She brings her extensive expertise to the DSW project management team, which includes a select group of skilled professionals and subcontractors who are adept at handling disaster recovery programs, including the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and elevation of owner or renter-occupied housing projects through CDBG-DR funds.

As the Deputy Project Manager, Ashley will play a critical role in directing, coordinating, and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed on behalf of DSW. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing the project managers, project coordinators, and timelines for housing projects, ensuring efficient execution from initiation to completion.

Ashley's knowledge and understanding of the types of services required for disaster recovery programs are evident in her management approach and her previous experience in overseeing similar projects. With her leadership and the support of the dedicated team, DSW is well-prepared to deliver exceptional results for Volusia County, adhering to all project requirements and regulations.
