THE DSW STORY…SINCE 2009
More than 300 years of combined
construction program experience…
Founded in 2009, DSW’s primary mission is to build resilient communities. From our early days in Southeast, Texas meeting disaster recovery needs, we have grown into a nationwide construction management firm.
We are driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service and construction services to get homeowners into higher quality and stronger homes following a natural disaster. In the face of disaster response and recovery, cooperation and seamless mobilization set DSW apart. Our familiarity with federally funded reporting and project controls creates efficient, successful systems. DSW mobilizes quickly, with the ability to be onsite within 48 hours (about 2 days) following a disaster event. Our expertise lies in proven scalable systems that streamline the response effort regardless of scope.
We provide solutions for construction program needs, with over 300+ years of combined experience in rehabilitation and reconstruction programs. DSW has completed over 16,000 residential renovations, elevation, emergency repairs, MHU, and new construction projects totaling almost $1 Billion in federally funded projects. DSW has been engaged in over 50 FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Assistance) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) federally funded grant programs such as Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and Community Development Block Grants-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR).
WE TAKE ACTION.
