Galveston County Housing Assistance Program (GCHAC) - Round 2

Round 2 of the Galveston County Housing Assistance Program (GCHAC) started in late 2016. Like Round 1, this program Included both the reconstruction and rehabilitation of homes damaged by winds or floodwaters. Using unique construction management systems, DSW reconstructed or rehabilitated 139 units as part of this round.
