Jeremy Parrott, Central Eastern North Carolina Program Manager
Jeremy has over five years of experience in the construction industry, and two decades in finance and operations in the Marine Corps. A retired Marine Officer, he prioritizes direct communication, discipline, and a relentless work ethic. Jeremy has held several high impact leadership positions in his career, and those experiences and knowledge translate seamlessly to leading his team at DSW. His ambitious, firm, and fair leadership style are reflected in the productivity and passion of his team
With his experience in lean concepts and six sigma, he developed an affinity for process improvement, reducing overhead, and automating as many functions as possible. His time as an internal controls analyst operations officer developed an attention to detail that has served his operation well as they meet and exceed internal goals and established corporate standards. Jeremy is constantly seeking out and developing relationships with cross-functional areas in the company, stakeholders within the program, and the homeowners he is privileged to serve.
