Jim Schumer, Chair Emeritus

Jim Schumer attended the University of Louisville for Business Management and has over 35 years of experience in scattered lot home building. Schumer has served and currently serves as Program Manager for CDBG and other federally-funded contracts totaling over $800M in value. He has previous experience overseeing the construction of scattered lot homes at a rate of 1,250 homes per year totaling in excess of $200M in value.
