New York (PET) Rapid Repairs Program

Hurricane Sandy made landfall in the fall of 2012, causing significant damage all along the eastern coast of the US. As a result, federal funds were allocated to help with various recovery initiatives.

The New York PET Program run by the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery is one of the many programs in place to assist with Hurricane Sandy recovery. DSW, under the direction of the Armand Corporation, is working in this program to perform minor maintenance, restoration, and construction services on single-family residences in New York (excluding New York City). These projects took place in many areas of Long Island/
