Ms. Ward is a highly skilled professional with a robust background in permit coordination, office management, and program coordination. With extensive experience spanning pre-construction, construction, and contract management, she excels in implementing efficient processes to ensure timely project completion. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at DSW Homes, LLC, Nikki leverages her strong coordination and organizational skills.
As the lead permit specialist and office manager, Ms. Ward adeptly utilizes efficient processes to meet important deadlines in pre-construction, construction, and contracts. Collaborating with the preconstruction team, she plays a pivotal role in obtaining demolition and building permits from multiple jurisdictions for rebuilding residential homes in the Rebuild Florida program. Additionally, as a Certified Notary, Nikki possesses the ability to witness and record documents for public record.
Proficient in various office platforms, Ms. Ward effectively maintains organization by scheduling inspections, coordinating start dates for subcontractors, and actively collaborating with the Project Manager and Superintendent. Her efforts contribute to the seamless progress of projects within set timelines, showcasing her dedication to achieving exceptional results.
