With over 25 years of dedicated experience, Sue Stanley has become a leading professional in ensuring the provision of decent, safe, and sanitary housing for federally funded programs. Her expertise extends to a remarkable 12 years in contract administration for HUD Project-based Section 8 housing.
Sue holds prestigious certifications from the National Center for Housing Management, including Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Financial Manager, and Certified Manager of Maintenance. Her proficiency in managing federally funded housing programs is unmatched, reflecting her commitment to meeting program guidelines and goals.
In the realm of disaster recovery, Sue has spent 14 years specializing in CDBG-DR, focusing primarily on environmental health, safety, and contract compliance. She possesses an in-depth understanding of local, state, and federal laws, as well as bidding procedures, policies, and procedures. Sue leverages this knowledge to establish benchmarks, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and program-specific requirements.
Sue Stanley holds current certifications as an EPA Certified Renovator and has completed the 30-Hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health Administration course. She was previously licensed as a Lead-based Paint Risk Assessor and Asbestos Inspector, showcasing her comprehensive approach to environmental safety.
